Winter Carnival 2008 First Place: Phi Kappa Tau

Phi Kappa Tau takes 1st place in the Fraternity Division of the 2008 Winter Carnival ice statues at Michigan Tech University. Their statue titled, “Van Helsing Calms Hysteria in Transylvania,” showed precise detail in a number of features.
