Famous people wearing Yooper Steez … sort of

These crazy photos showed up in my inbox today and I had to share them. They came from Reg in Cadillac, Michigan.

While I’m at it I should make a call for submissions… Feel free to create your own mockups of people wearing t-shirts and submit them here or else on the Facebook page.

Be creative and I look forward to seeing some more. If you don’t have photo editing software on your computer, no need to fret. Here are a few suggestions with free solutions… Aviary.com, Picnik.com, and Photoshop.com.

Hey, Bugsy,
Just wanted to let you know I wore one of my new Yooper Steez pins to the Toastmasters District Convention in Milwaukee this weekend. It was a great conversation piece, as it prompted several people to squint at my lapel and say, “What do you love?” I then got to brag about the U.P. Thanks for the set up!

I heard Favre was in Michigammee during the fireworks. A Jets teammate has a camp up there and invited him along.

Haley, very cool! It’s quite possible. That player is NFL kicker Jay Feely who married a local girl from Michigamme, I believe they met at U of M when he played football there.

And you would think after all those years in Green Bay he must have come to the U.P. a few times, only a couple hours away.
